​Workout Themes

Workout themes are set on a five-day cycle:

​

  • Distance

  • IM (individual medley)

  • Sprint

  • VO2 Max

  • Variety

Lanes

The team is divided into six groups by speed. These groups are ordered by increasing speed. 

​

Every Monday, the groups move two lanes to the right, allowing groups to rotate through the wall lanes and center lanes of the pool.
