Workouts* This Week 1/2/17-1/8/17 is interval week!

The week of January 1/2/17-1/8/17 will be "interval week". Which means each workout on each day will have 2 very specific sets included in them:
10 X 100 and 6 X 4 length I.M.s on intervals appropriate to the lane.

Please remember that lanes 2 and 5 are responsible for doing the outside part of putting the covers on the pool after workout. All lanes are expected to help pull the covers down the middle lane.
